Darryl Sanders began his illustrious real estate career over thirty years ago in1985. Sanders was
introduced to the real estate industry by seasoned real estate entrepreneur, the late Harold Ferguson of the American Brokerage, INC. Sanders instantaneously became fascinated with real estate investment, specializing in the purchase of HUD and VA single family homes, which resonates as a primary passion today. In less than a decade of working primarily in residential property investment, Darryl Sanders created Treasure Homes Realty, LLC in 1994. Treasure Homes has a dedicated staff encompassing 50 years of experience within the real estate and mortgage industry. This experience and understanding of market trends and niche markets is applied to every property within Treasure Homes’ inventory. Darryl has a storied history that he has been able to teach his team a wealth of experience in the areas of appraisal evaluation, loan origination and marketing. “Maintaining a strong work ethic and dedication,” are just two of the many principles Sanders has passed on to his team. The keys of success allowed Treasure Homes Realty, LLC to expand in 1995. Over the last twenty years several licensed real estate agents, 13 staff assistants, and 5 field service inspectors have contributed to the nearly 113 million dollars of real estate sales that Treasure Homes Realty has been associated with. Sanders encourages his staff to remain fluid as the real estate industry presents many exciting changes therefore they need to embrace the dynamics of the real estate industry with success in their hearts.
